Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 July 2026 · Applies to reveral.co and any form or email you send us

We collect as little as possible: what you type into the contact form, and what our host records to keep the site running. No analytics, no tracking, no cookies.

01Who we are

This site is operated by ABN LLC, trading as reveral.co("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal information described here — meaning we decide why and how it is processed. Our registered address is in the footer of this page.

02What we collect

Contact form
Your name, email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message field.
Email & calls
Anything you send us directly, including scheduling details if you book a call.
Client work
If we work together, information needed to deliver the engagement, covered by our contract with you.
Server logs
IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — generated automatically by our host for security and reliability.

We run no analytics on this website. There is no tracking script, no advertising pixel and no visitor measurement of any kind. We do not collect special category data (health, biometrics, political opinions and similar), we do not ask for payment details here, and this site is not directed at children under 16.

03Why we use it

  • To read and reply to your enquiry.
  • To prepare a proposal or scope of work you have asked for.
  • To deliver and support services you have engaged us for.
  • To keep the site secure, available and free of abuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Using the contact form does not add you to a mailing list.

04Legal basis

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on these bases under the GDPR:

Legitimate interests
Responding to enquiries you initiate, and keeping our site secure — what you would reasonably expect when contacting a business.
Contract
Where processing is necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for.
Legal obligation
Where we are required to retain records, for example for tax purposes.

05Who we share with

A small number of providers help us run the site and our operations. They process data on our instructions only and may not use it for their own purposes.

Hosting
Vercel Inc. — serves the website and generates the access logs described above.
Form handling
n8n — receives contact form submissions and routes them to our inbox.
Email & storage
Our email and file storage providers, where correspondence and project records are kept. We will name them on request.

We are established in the United States and some of these providers process data there, so contacting us from the UK or EEA means your information is transferred outside your home jurisdiction. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards — typically Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us and we will tell you which applies.

We may also disclose information where legally required, or to establish or defend legal claims.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries
24 months from your last contact, then deleted — unless it becomes a client relationship.
Client records
For the engagement, and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require.
Server logs
A short period held by our host, typically no more than 30 days.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

07Your rights

UK and EEA. You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority — though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

California. You can ask what we collect, use and disclose, request correction or deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing — noting that we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email contact@reveral.co. We respond within one month and never charge for a reasonable request. We may need to verify your identity first.

08Cookies

This website sets no cookies. No analytics cookies, no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, no third-party pixels. That is why you see no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

09Security

We use HTTPS across the whole site, access controls, and providers that maintain recognised security standards. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small, which is the most reliable protection of all.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or financial details through the contact form.

10Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will take reasonable steps to tell you if a change materially affects how we handle your information.

For any privacy question, email contact@reveral.co. Our registered postal address is in the footer below.
